Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

I am a self-taught chef with a 15-year long passion for cooking. My journey started when I started watching Chef Heston Blumenthal's TV show. I was captivated by his innovative approach and the molecular gastronomy displayed, and I found myself drawn to the art and science of culinary techniques. This Ied me to start to infuse some of those modern techniques into my family business to elevate the food we provide.

Delicious and filling!

This biriyani is a bit on the spicy side but it is delicious. The flavours are good and the mock chicken pieces are excellent. We bought the ‘for two’ pack it and we also had it with some samosas, it would have fed three comfortably. As I said it was a bit spicy but we had it with some vegan yoghurt and very much enjoyed it

My Review

I loved the rice and all the beautiful spice flavours. But for me the soya chunks were too much of the consistency of meat for me, I would have preferred quorn pieces in it instead for my preference only.
