Boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic to give them a sweet and savoury teriyaki flavour. The teriyaki chicken is sautéed and served over cooked chewy Yakiudon noodles along with stir-fried vegetables.

Heating Instructions

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 4-6 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 8-10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot.

Started my culinary journey in 2007, as a kitchen assistant in a Japanese kitchen. It was there that I developed my passion towards Japanese cooking and sushi. I have worked as a chef, head chef, and executive chef and now own and run my own restaurant in Hemel.

Delicious sauce with plenty of noodles and tender chicken. 10/10 would recommend.

Maybe an off batch?

Maybe we got a batch that wasn't as saucy or something? The other reviews said it had a kick and full of flavour. The chicken was fine with ok flavour but the noodles really only vaguely tasted of sesame oil. We added some of our own soy sauce which helped a lot. I'm a bit confused with this one! May we will try again soon.
