Chicken Thai Green Curry with Jasmine Rice

This recipe was passed down to me from my mother and it's a very traditional version. My homemade green curry paste, mixed with coconut milk, chicken, aubergine, bamboo shoots and bell pepper creates a very rich aromatic curry which I'm sure you will love. I pair it with fluffy jasmine rice. It is a very popular dish at my street food stall at Petticoat Lane Market.

Satay Street

We are childhood friends, born in Bangkok. Som loves eating and Tam loves cooking and when we cook together it has always been of epic proportions. Som started her cooking journey by having a chicken satay stall in Brick Lane with recipes passed down by her mum.
