Tasty dish

Plenty of meat easily pulled apart. Liked the cabbage which could possibly be cut a bit smaller. Sadly large chunk of fat on ham hock and a bit too smoked for me

Tasty keto meal!

Nice to have a keto meal available! Thr pork & ham were tasty & moist. I was not so keen on the long ribbons of ?csbbage?, they would have been nicer cut up small & perhaps with a mix of veg.

Loved it!

So, so good! Smoky and tender meats with lovely cooked down spring green. We made cast-iron cornbread with this and the chicken dish to compliment it. Can't wait for more!
