Meet Bohus

Food has been my passion from an early age. I recall helping my grandfather on his farm growing fresh produce or my dad in the kitchen. Later, I moved to the UK having studied at a chef school in my country but my basic English meant I could only get a job as a kitchen porter. Eventually, the head chef gave me the opportunity to shadow him which I accepted with both hands. Now, I am an established executive head chef.

Tasty cheese cake

Love cheese cakes and this is really nice. Creamy and a nice biscuit base.

So far, the outstanding dish of our first order. Wonderfully creamy, soft and tangy, but not overly sweet. The biscuit base was very firm and with a delightful sweet and nutty flavour.

The taste is superb - clean fresh taste of raspberries. On checking the ingredients list, I recognised all the ingredients and it did not seem to be ultra processed.

The portion size was slightly small, but considering the quality of the ingredients and the delicious flavour, £4.50 is a reasonable price for this lovely dessert.

I'll definitely be getting this one again!
