I was born in Sierra Leone (West Africa) but grew up in the U.K. My mum is a chef, and my dad taught me how to season and cook meat. I create meals by fusing ingredients from Africa, the Caribbean, and southern America to create unique meals busting with vibrant fresh ingredients and high-quality perfectly cooked meat. I put my own twist on popular traditional meals from each region to give customers a full food tour of Afro-fusion cuisine.

Another fantastic dish from chef Pessima!
The mango, rum and spices combination come through in this very tender chicken. The smokiness elevates it to another level. The rice and vegetables are a great accompaniment but would be happy to eat the chicken by itself.
Can not wait to order lots of this dish.

Delicious chicken

The chicken is incredibly moist and falls apart, and the rub gives it a great smoky flavour. Plenty of meat for 4 people. Wonderful!

Absolutely outstanding meal

This is a good size portion with beautifully seasoned chicken all sliced, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, spiced rice with kidney beans in.
It was absolutely out of this world!
I cooked it in the microwave and it was all just perfect. I would get this again and again. What a brilliant addition to homecooks.
