Lamb, Leek & Apricot Pie

This pie is a celebration of the best ingredients that my region has to offer, starting with tender cuts of locally sourced lamb that are slow-cooked in a savoury sauce. Juicy apricots and sweet leeks are added to the mix, providing a delightful contrast of flavours and textures. To finish it off, I use a delicate and flaky pastry crust that is made from scratch, ensuring that each bite is as delicious as the last.

Really good

Another dish I always order. Plenty of meat, great pastry, and so flavourful with the leeks and and particularly the apricot. My wife loves it also.

The flavour of the lamb was delicious and the sauce too. We’d have liked more apricots. Pastry was crispy and light. Really delicious
