Red chilli, hakkaido squash, white onion, garlic, sesame oil, salt, white pepper, black pepper, coconut milk, vegetable oil, ginger

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove lid and place loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes, stirring half way through. After heating, stir and stand for 2 minutes before serving.

HOB: Cook until heated through, do not bring up to boil. Leave to stand for 1 minute before eating.

Meet Bohus

Food has been my passion from an early age. I recall helping my grandfather on his farm growing fresh produce or my dad in the kitchen. Later, I moved to the UK having studied at a chef school in my country but my basic English meant I could only get a job as a kitchen porter. Eventually, the head chef gave me the opportunity to shadow him which I accepted with both hands. Now, I am an established executive head chef.

My Review

I did not like the smell firstly and sadly I did not like the taste, as I thought the flavours did not compliment each other, I thought it was a soup you either like or don’t like.

Needs small improvements

Health and safety alert! The flavour was nice, a bit too spicy personally for me however the main thing I didn’t like was it had these sharp thin pieces, maybe they were part of a herb or something that if swallowed could have been dangerous in my opinion. it was like having a soup with a few thorns in it! I i had to pick the sharp pieces out or they could have got stuck in the throat. I can not recommend.

Very tasty soup.

Just had a portion of this with hard dough bread and butter. I love this soup, it's so tasty. Will be in my regular order going forward.

Avert tasty soup. Leaves you wanting more.
