Meet Bohus

Food has been my passion from an early age. I recall helping my grandfather on his farm growing fresh produce or my dad in the kitchen. Later, I moved to the UK having studied at a chef school in my country but my basic English meant I could only get a job as a kitchen porter. Eventually, the head chef gave me the opportunity to shadow him which I accepted with both hands. Now, I am an established executive head chef.

My first HomeCooks delivery arrived this morning, I had to put the brownie to one side to heat through for my lunch. Beautifully moist and full of flavour. Simply heated in the microwave and enjoyed with a coffee after my lunch. Very generous portion. I’ll definitely order again- next time some berries and ice-cream paired with it would make it beyond perfect.

Order this every time. Best served warm.

This is a rich, chocolatey brownie with a dense, chewy texture. A nice generous portion too. Great for any chocolate lover!
