Food has been my passion from an early age. I recall helping my grandfather on his farm growing fresh produce or my dad in the kitchen. Later, I moved to the UK having studied at a chef school in my country but my basic English meant I could only get a job as a kitchen porter. Eventually, the head chef gave me the opportunity to shadow him which I accepted with both hands. Now, I am an established executive head chef.

Excellent, crispy chicken and tasty dipping sauce.
Good dish. Outer coating was good (not greasy), but could have used a bit more flavor.
I enjoyed this fried chicken, it had a lovey flavour. I would get it as a treat again for sure. Wasn’t a fan of the gravy and I normally love gravy. I found that the air fryer from chilled settings were a bit off. The chicken was still pink in the middle so cooked it a little longer. I’m extra careful with chicken but I put 4 stars because of it. My meals are prepared by my carers- if I hadn’t realised before this evenings carer left I would have been stuck unable to finish the cooking of it and minus the nicest bit of my meal so the cooking instructions are very important to me.
I ate it with the HomeCooks grilled veg and some bbq rice.
I cooked this in the airfryer and thought it came out really well. The chicken was tender and the topping stayed on well and was flavourful and crispy. I would definitely order this again. I didn't see the need for the dipping sauce.
Flavour was good. The gravy dip went weird upon defrosting and seems like others had the same issue, so personally I'd take that out. My one disappointment was its supposed to be 3 pieces but in mine was 2 nice pieces and then one tiny bit that was more like 1/3 of a piece, not sure if that's normal or not.
