My journey into the world of mochis began out of sheer curiosity and a love for the art of patisserie. It was three years ago when the subtle beauty of these Japanese rice cakes captured my imagination. Ever since, I've dedicated myself to mastering the delicate balance of texture and flavor that makes each mochi a tiny marvel. Great flavor, but the covering was a bit thicker than i expected.

I enjoyed the Baileys mousse in the centre but the outside shell didn't really taste of anything and had an almost craft paper texture. Not sure if it just doesn't freeze well

Loved the inside, didn't like the outershell,should be smoth and like a jelly,more like a pastry.
