Our famous Aubergine Stew is made with pure patience and slow cooked up to perfection. Freshly chopped, Garlic, Onion, Mixed sweet peppers infused with our home spices. Cooked in a fresh tomato Juice that actually gives a pulse to the dish and then tomato paste is added to get the right and thick form of the tomato sauce that will leave a signature on your tasting buds, and finally the whole magic is poured on a raw fresh aubergine to go the final stage of baking.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 4-6 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 8-10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot.

Palmyra's Kitchen

Always been fond of spices roasting process, so i went through many experiments on a personal level trying to combine spices together and match food recipes with these spices at different styles of spice-roasting processes. Finally, i got to a point where my spices became limitless when I customized my roasting appliance to match my extreme passion of spice and herb roasting. Delightfully, my flavourful spices will reach out to those who are not able to visit London frequently and am sure that HomeCooks will do a great job offering a bite of joy to the rest of the cities nationally.

Very Tasty

Lovely balance of flavours. Like the additional beans to add protein and bulk it out. Very easy meal, pop in microwave for few mins and lovely Mediterranean smells great you.

thi was a lovely totomato based aubergine stew. It's perfectly cooked and cooked perfectly well with given instructions. I intended to have with pasta but decided to have wwith crusty bread and enjoyed a lovely lunch.

Not had a bad meal from home cooks but this is something else! So much favour and great portion size. Great combination of ingredients makes a wonderful meal, no sides needed. Compliments to Palmyra!

Tasted good, it would have been great if there were more vegetables in the portion.
