Having cooked all over Rome, Naples, London, Ibiza, and Athens, the team found a perfect, rustic, cosy restaurant on Holloway Road and have been sharing their home recipes with love, laughter, wine, and great music!

My speciality is Authentic Italian

What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

Ravioli with asparagus and ricotta filling, in a sage butter sauce - handmade by himself! It's the perfect balance of richness and freshness, filling but not too heavy, and always makes him smile.

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

Becoming a master pasta chef started with learning how to make the humble tagliatelle, and it serves as a reminder of the dedication and craftsmanship that go into his dishes. Tossed with black truffle and pecorino, the kitchen fills with a heavenly scent until the next dish hits the padella.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

Every time Nonna smiles when she tastes a dish!
