What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

Musaqa. I love aubergines :D

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

I love to prepare Turkish sarma. A sarma is when a filling is rolled or wrapped inside leaves or vegetables, for example, vine/cherry leaves or even a slice of aubergine. Anything and everything can, and should, be stuffed: flowers, fruits, vegetables, and an endless selection of leaves.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

When I prepared food for players such as Patrick Viera, Delle Alli and Eric Dier.
